As an incentive to fill out the survey, a series of “gifts” were listed after completing the survey. One of the item was a vehicle Dashboard camera which I selected.
I received the Dashboard camera, but to my surprise, when I received my credit card statement, I was billed $79.99 for the Dashboard camera.
